Navi Lamba

Biography:

Navi Lamba is the Head of Development for BBC Comedy where she leads on talent development. Prior to joining, Navi was a Commissioner at Channel 4 and BBC Three, developing and commissioning digital-led programmes like the recent BAFTA award winning How To Be a Person. Prior to her time at the BBC, she was a social media producer for VICE Media and worked on a range of in-house productions.
