Ursula Matos Wiederhold

Biography:

Ursula Matos Wiederhold is a Mexico City-based cinematographer, producer, and director working across fiction and documentary. Her work focuses on crafting emotionally driven visual narratives through a strong command of light, texture, and camera movement. As director of photography, she shot Toque Reglamentario, which premiered at the Morelia International Film Festival (FICM) in 2025 and screened at the Santa Barbara International Film Festival (SBIFF) in 2026, along with several other short films presented at national and international festivals. She continues to develop projects that explore intimate human experiences through visual storytelling.
