Marcus Nicholson

Biography:

Marcus Nicholson is an independent filmmaker and animator known for creating action-driven stories with cinematic ambition. He began his filmmaking journey with early concepts like Wing Knight, an unreleased project that helped shape his creative direction. His first completed film, Boxer Champion, was a live-action production created with his cousins, marking the true beginning of his career. He continued developing the Boxer Champion series with multiple sequels, gaining experience in storytelling, editing, and action choreography. During this time, he also worked on the Heather trilogy, an unfinished project that he plans to revisit and remake in the future. Marcus later transitioned into darker, more stylized storytelling with Night Hunter: Shadows of Vengeance, expanding his focus on character-driven action. He creates his animated projects using Stick Nodes, where he brings his ideas to life through dynamic fight sequences and cinematic visuals. He frequently collaborates with family members, including his cousins Brandon Phillips and Justin Norment, and is currently working with his cousin AKira on an upcoming series project, where he is expected to take on a major role. In addition to filmmaking, Marcus is also involved in music production. He is developing a project titled Point Blank, for which he created the soundtrack using BandLab, utilizing a variety of instrument packs to build its sound. He is currently working on several upcoming films, including Captain: The Rise of the Guardian, Operation Blackout, Red Fury, and The Shadow and the Shield. He is also the creator of the action series Shadow Protocol, a growing project that combines intense action with an expanding storyline and universe. Marcus continues to build his skills and projects with a focus on improving quality, storytelling, and cinematic presentation.
