Vladislav Belous (born 2008), working under the pseudonym Vlad Neki, is an independent filmmaker from Belarus. He began shooting at 13, after saving up for his first camera setup, and developed his visual language on social media, where his short cinematic videos reached an audience of over 120,000. His first short film, "Sounds Like Love" (2025), was made entirely independently and selected for the National Competition at the Minsk International Film Festival "Listapad," where it received a diploma. His second short, "Monday" (2026), is a 36-minute psychological thriller about "delayed life syndrome."
