Zeyad Elmeligy is an Egyptian filmmaker, screenwriter, and creative entrepreneur interested in exploring human nature, contradictions, and the stories hidden within everyday life. With a background in business administration and marketing, Elmeligy brings a multidisciplinary perspective to storytelling, combining a passion for cinema with an interest in visual communication, character-driven narratives, and unconventional ideas. His creative work spans filmmaking, writing, and visual production, with a focus on finding distinctive ways to tell stories through images, atmosphere, and human behavior. His directorial debut, Poker Roulette (آخر الرجال المحترمين), is a silent short film shot on 16mm as part of Two.Five 2026, reflecting his interest in visual storytelling and the relationship between chance, fate, courage, and recklessness. Driven by curiosity and a desire to challenge conventional storytelling, he continues to develop projects that explore the complexities of human experience through cinema.
