Basada en hechos reales. En 1989, las dos hijas de Anne Scripps Douglas, una mujer adinerada que acaba de divorciarse, vigilan de cerca a su madre cuando ven que mantiene una relación sentimental con Scott, un hombre mucho más joven que ella.
