La horca puede esperar (1969)
Escocia, siglo XIX. David Haggart es un joven desertor del ejército a cuya cabeza se ha puesto precio. Desde entonces lleva una vida aventurera al margen de la ley. Uno de sus planes será robar al excéntrico y rico Duque de Argyll. Pronto se gana la confianza, no sólo del duque, sino también la de su bella sobrina Penélope. Pero el amor es un imprevisto con el que no contaba.
