Asfixia (2008)
Adaptación de una novela de Chuck Palahniuk. Victor tiene un empleo un tanto particular. Representa a un miserable campesino del siglo XVIII en un parque temático histórico. Para completar sus ingresos también se dedica a timar a la gente, pero tiene una buena razón para hacerlo. Victor debe hacerse cargo de los gastos hospitalarios de su madre demente. Acude a lujosos restaurantes y se atraganta intencionadamente para conseguir un cheque de sus amables rescatadores. Victor también tiene otros problemas: es adicto al sexo. Paige, la doctora de su madre, le ha hablado de un posible tratamiento experimental para ella que requiere celulas de cordón umbilical, compatibles genéticamente. La única solución es que Victor tenga un hijo y ella se prestará a concebirlo en pos de la salvación de la señora.
