Besando a Jessica Stein (2002)
Jessica, una sensible y neurótica periodista de Nueva York, no se encuentra en su mejor momento sentimentalmente hablando. Su hermano tiene novia, su mejor amiga está embarazada, no ha tenido una cita en el último año y además no puede dormir. Después de una desastrosa serie de citas, se topa con un sugerente anuncio que sólo tiene una pega: está en la sección de "mujer busca mujer". Contesta por ver qué pasa. Así queda con Helen Cooper, una chica progre y desenfadada de la ciudad, para tomar unas copas, y para su sorpresa, se llevan bien. Su emocionante noche de cotilleo, charla y discusiones termina por confundir e intrigar aún más a la pobre Jessica.
