High Strung (1992)
Thane Furrows, un escritor de libros infantiles extremadamente cínico pero involuntariamente hilarante, se despierta una mañana y, como casi todo el mundo lo molesta, comienza otro día de quejas para sí mismo. Sin embargo, el día resulta ser muy diferente de lo normal cuando Thane comienza a recibir extrañas llamadas telefónicas, cartas y voces en su cabeza, lo que indica que algo sucederá a las 8 en punto. A medida que avanza el día, Thane se enfada y habla maravillas sobre las cosas que le molestan, ya que el reloj lentamente se acerca cada vez más a su destino
