En Kidsville, los niños hacen sus propias leyes, dirigen sus propios negocios y pueden acostarse tan tarde como quieran. Cada primavera, todo el mundo incluido Sunny el conejo colabora preparando los regalos de pascua. Después el conejo de pascua se encarga de llevar los huevos pintados y las riquísimas golosinas a una ciudad cercana llamada Town. Pero tendrá que andarse con cuidado, ya que los gruñones de Town no admiten ni a niños ni a alegres conejos de pascua.
