Muerte a 33 r.pm, es una película satírica de horror y Rock and Roll, sobre un típico adolescente americano, Eddie Weinbauer, cuya fascinación por la música rock y su ídolo, la superestrella Sammi CUrr, desemboca en una escalofriante situación, a vida o muerte, no solamente para Eddie sino también para su colegio y su ciudad.
