Maldición familiar (2000)
En un bayou de Louisiana Frank (Michael Madsen) ve la oportunidad de su vida en forma de dinero pero el robo no sale bien, Frank da con los huesos en la cárcel y su hermano muere a manos de un agente de policía. Ya en prisión Frank aprende todo lo relacionado con el rito vudú, del que se hace fiel practicante y es capaz de llevar a cabo ceremonias maléficas y para vengar su muerte, Frank y Jezabelle (Rosanna Arquette), preparan un sadico plan que mezcla el vudú con rituales violentos. El objetivo es AJ (Balthazar Getty) el hijo del policía que se salva de una muerte casi segura y tendrá que enfrentarse a este mal ancestral si quiere proteger a su familia y a sí mismo.
