La pequeña (1978)
Hattie, una prostituta de Nueva Orleans, conoce a un fotógrafo llamado Bellocq en su burdel una noche y, después de que él la fotografía, se hace amigo de su hija de 12 años, Violet. Cuando la señora de su madre trae a Violet como una chica trabajadora y Hattie se va de la ciudad para casarse, Violet rápidamente pierde su inocencia y se enfoca en reunirse con Bellocq. Pero una vida con Bellocq se ve comprometida para Violet después de que su madre regresa a la ciudad.
