En el hospital de una pequeña ciudad, tres malvados médicos experimentan con un paciente con la intención de conseguir la autoregeneración. El paciente consigue curarse las heridas automáticamente, pero también muta hacia un psicópata criminal. Siendo casi indestructible, escapa del hospital y comienza una ola de terror. El sheriff local intentará destruirlo, pero se enfrenta a un ser invencible...
