Dos madres para Zachary (1996)
Después de pasar por un matrimonio fallido,Jodie se muda a la casa de su mamá junto a su hijo Zachary.Con pocas expectativas de volver a enamorarse,Jodie conoce a Maggie,una lesbiana con la que entabla una fuerte amistad que con el pasar del tiempo se convierte en una relación amorosa.Al enterarse de la verdadera sexualidad de su hija,la madre de Jodie la rechaza y hace todo lo posible para terminar la relación,comenzando por golpear a su hija en donde más le duele,sacandole la tenencia de Zachary.
