En la cumbre (2005)
Durante un día de otoño en Nueva York, cinco personas tienen que enfrentarse a diversos problemas. Isabel (Elizabeth Banks), fotógrafa, está sopesando su próxima boda con Jonathan (James Marsden), abogado. Ese mismo día, Diana (Glenn Close), la madre de Isabel, se entera de que su marido tiene una nueva amante y empieza a cuestionarse las decisiones que ha tomado en su vida y a replantearse su matrimonio abierto. Ese mismo día, Diana e Isabel conocen a Alec (Jesse Bradford), un joven actor, y a Peter (John Light), un periodista. Se van así estableciendo conexiones entre estos cinco personajes, de modo que se ven abocados a tomar una decisión antes de que amanezca un nuevo día.
