Durante sus vacaciones en Australia, Scooby-Doo y sus amigos asisten a un festival de música celebrado en un lugar llamado La roca del vampiro. Pero la diversión peligra cuando la pandilla se entera de que una legendaria criatura australiana, el Yowie Yahoo, está secuestrando a los participantes del concierto y convirtiéndolos en vampiros.
