Public Enemy (2002)
En una noche lluviosa, Chul joong está de servicio y choca contra una sombra negra. Persigue al hombre y le golpea detrás de la cabeza, pero el desconocido se para sin dar ningún signo de respuesta y sigue corriendo. Chul joong continúa persiguiéndolo e intenta golpearlo de nuevo, pero el extraño le da un corte en la cara y se marcha dejando atrás el arma. Una semana más tarde, los cuerpos de una pareja de ancianos son encontrados con múltiples navajazos. La policía investiga en el escenario del crimen, pero no encuentran ninguna pista sobre este espantoso asesinato. Mientras Chul joong inspecciona los cadáveres se dan cuenta que las puñaladas concuerdan con el cuchillo del desconocido..
