Buxley Hall es una academia militar fundada por el general Buxley hace unos cien años. Hoy en día, esta siendo acosada por problemas financieros y el comandante del Buxley Hall decide que la mejor manera de salvarlo, es fusionarse con una escuela para niñas. Esto no le sienta bien al General, quien como un fantasma junto a su sargento hace todo lo posible para deshacerse de ellos. Otra novedad en Buxley es Jeremy Ross, un rico heredero que se encuentra actualmente bajo la custodia de su tío. Sin embargo, su tía, que quiere su fortuna hace lo que puede para deshacerse de él. El sargento viene en ayuda de Jeremy y, finalmente, se hace amigo de él.
