El romance de Murphy (1985)
Emma (Sally Field), una mujer divorciada, vive con su hijo en un pequeño pueblo de Arizona en una situación bastante precaria. Murphy (James Garner), el próspero tendero del pueblo, un viudo bonachón y simpático, la ayuda siempre que puede. Y lo que en principio era sólo amistad, desemboca en una relación amorosa. Todo se complica, sin embargo, cuando un buen día aparece por el pueblo el ex marido de Emma. (FILMAFFINITY)
