Bahía negra (1953)
Año 1946. Convencidos de la existencia de petróleo en el fondo de una bahía de la zona, un emprendedor ingeniero y su socio llegan al norte de Louisiana para construir una gran plataforma petrolífera. Allí, entre otras adversidades, deberán enfrentarse a la oposición de los pescadores, que ven peligrar su único medio de vida.
