Secuela de "Blanco humano" (1993). Un antiguo luchador de artes marciales mixtas (MMA) caído en desgracia es obligado a participar en una terrible variación del juego del gato y el ratón en mitad de la selva de Tailandia, cuando un grupo de mercenarios cazadores de hombres, organizan partidas de caza para adinerados en donde la pieza a conseguir es un trofeo mayor: un hombre.
