Cuando Utopia More descubre un registro antiguo que contiene la clave para desbloquear los secretos del universo, se convierte en el objetivo del despiadado Gypsy Doc del Pirate Guild. Utopia se encuentra salvada por el tranquilo pero legendario pirata espacial, Cobra, cuyo Psychogun hecho a medida lo convierte en una fuerza a tener en cuenta. Juntos, los dos intentan detener a Gypsy Doc (junto con el archienemigo revivido de Cobra, Crystal Boy) y sus esfuerzos por robar el registro y usar sus secretos para gobernar el universo.
