Tormenta (1999)
Un invento podría revolucionar la guerra: si el hombre pudiera controlar y manipular las tormentas a su antojo, podría provocarlas en función de los intereses de cada gobierno. Para desarrollar este proyecto, un profesor de meteorología es contratado por el ejército.
