White river kid (1999)
Vestido con los hábitos de monje el Hermano Edgar (Bob Hoskins) junto con su compañero Morales (Antonio Banderas) mejicano que entró de forma ilegal a los EE.UU recorren el Estado de Arkansas vendiendo calcetines, supuestamente confeccionados, por niños invidentes. Su viaje de negocios se trunca cuando un conocido criminal de veinte años "White River Kid" (Wes Bentley) y su prometida Apple Lisa (Kim Dickens), secuestran al dúo y les fuerzan a realizar un salvaje y frenético periplo a través de todo el Estado. En su camino se encontrarán con una prostituta ciega, Eva (Ellen Barkin), un sheriff con dotes de cantante, Becher (Randy Travis) y con la hilarante y alocada familia Weed.
