El baile de agosto (1998)
En los años 30, una familia rural formada por cinco hermanas solteras vive en el pequeño pueblo de Donegal, Irlanda. Su vida cotidiana se verá alterada cuando su hermano mayor, Jack, vuelva de las misiones en África mentalmente trastornado, a causa de la malaria. Su llegada avivará una serie de rencillas y secretos que harán que la aparente unidad familiar se rompa.
