Jiro Dreams of Sushi (2011)
En el sótano de un edificio de oficinas de Tokio, Jiro Ono, un maestro de sushi de 85 años, trabaja incesantemente en su prestiogioso restaurante Sukiyabashi Jiro. Su hijo Yoshikazu se enfrenta a la presión que supone suceder a su padre y hacerse cargo de tan legendario restaurante. Entretanto, Jiro persigue incansable su búsqueda de la pieza de sushi perfecta.
