Después del brutal asesinato de un inventor, su espectacular novia Teri se convierte en la involuntaria responsable de su última creación, el Ciclón, una moto del futuro equipada con todo tipo de armas y, lo más importante, propulsada con una nueva fuente de energía que puede convertirse en el descubrimiento del siglo. Un codiciado combustible que persigue con ahínco Bosarian, un hombre de negocios sin escrúpulos que dirige buena parte de todo el mercado negro a nivel internacional y que no dudará en vender al mejor postor, aunque eso suponga poner en peligro la paz mundial.
