Una buena chica (1987)
A pesar de haber nacido en el seno de una familia acomodada de Beverly Hills, Debbie DiAngelo siempre ha sido un espíritu libre que se ha buscado la vida para no depender de sus padres. Comparte con una amiga un pequeño apartamento, tiene un modesto trabajo de repartidora de periódicos y una vocación: la música. Como teclista y compositora decide probar fortuna con un prometedor grupo de Los Ángeles, The Pieces. Su líder es Niles Dresden, un joven ambicioso que haría todo lo que estuviera a su alcance con tal de firmar un contrato con una gran discográfica y convertirse en una estrella.
