Después de pasar siete años alimentando su odio en la cárcel, Reno está preparado para ejecutar la venganza contra la mujer que lo traicionó. Tras una espectacular fuga junto a un compañero, ha llegado la hora de saldar cuentas. Su presa es ahora una respetable mujer que está casada con Paul, un banquero de gran prestigio que ha decidido hacerse cargo de un pequeño banco en apuros a petición de su padre. Un buen día, Reno se presenta por sorpresa en su casa y se hace pasar por hermano de su mujer. El plan está en marcha.
