Escuela de pringaos (2006)
Roger (John Heder) es un controlador de aparcamiento de la ciudad de Nueva York, acosado por sus propios problemas de ansiedad y autoestima. Para dejar atrás su inseguridad, se apunta a un curso de confianza personal impartido por el experto Dr. P (Billy Bob Thornton). Ayudado por su asistente, Lesher (Michael Clarke Duncan), el Dr. P hace uso de métodos poco ortodoxos, cuando no peligrosos, pero que garantizan resultados: “desata el león que llevas dentro”. Rodeado por sus compañeros de aula, una pandilla de inadaptados, la confianza en sí mismo de Roger crece y progresa hasta ser el primero de la clase, incluso encuentra el coraje necesario para invitar a salir a la chica de sus sueños, Amanda (Jacinda Barrett). Pero Roger pronto descubre que ser un estudiante estrella supone despertar el lado competitivo del Dr. P, que no soporta que sus alumnos puedan compararse con él.
