Paul Guilfoyle (14 de julio de 1902 - 27 de junio de 1961) fue un actor estadounidense de teatro, cine y televisión. Más tarde en su carrera, también dirigió películas y episodios de televisión. Guilfoyle nació en Jersey City, Nueva Jersey. Comenzó trabajando en el teatro, actuando en Broadway en 16 obras según la Internet Broadway Database, comenzando con The Jolly Roger y Cyrano de Bergerac en 1923 y terminando con Jayhawker en 1934. Apareció en muchas películas protagonizadas por Lee Tracy en la década de 1930. En la película policíaca de 1949 White Heat, interpretó (sin acreditar) a un preso traicionero asesinado a sangre fría por el personaje principal de James Cagney. Murió de un ataque al corazón el 27 de junio de 1961 en Hollywood. Tenía un hijo, Anthony. Guilfoyle fue enterrado en el cementerio Forest Lawn Memorial Park de Glendale, California.
