Hisashi Kagawa (香川 久, Kagawa Hisashi, nacido el 23 de junio de 1965) es un veterano animador y diseñador de personajes japonés originario de la prefectura de Ehime. Tras graduarse en la Escuela de Arte de Osaka, comenzó su carrera en el estudio Monsieur Onion Production, y más tarde se unió a Studio Cockpit, colaborando con figuras como Yoshihiko Umakoshi. A lo largo de su trayectoria, ha trabajado como director de animación y diseñador de personajes en numerosas series emblemáticas, incluyendo Sailor Moon, Revolutionary Girl Utena, Soul Eater, Fresh Precure! y Toriko. Su estilo se caracteriza por trazos expresivos y dinámicos, especialmente en el diseño de heroínas y escenas de acción. Además de su labor en televisión, ha participado en múltiples películas de anime y es miembro de la Asociación Japonesa de Animadores y Directores (JAniCA). Su influencia se extiende también al ámbito editorial, con libros técnicos sobre diseño de personajes y expresión facial.
