James McArdle es un actor escocés de Glasgow. Después de haber trabajado como actor infantil en películas, se formó en RADA y se graduó en 2010. En su año de graduación apareció en Macbeth en The Globe y protagonizó el éxito de verano Spur of the Moment de Anya Reiss en el Royal Court Theatre de Londres. .
