Francine Joy Drescher (nacida el 30 de septiembre de 1957) es una actriz, comediante, escritora, activista y líder sindical estadounidense. Drescher es conocida por su papel de Fran Fine en la comedia televisiva The Nanny (1993-1999). Drescher debutó en la gran pantalla con un pequeño papel en la película Fiebre del sábado noche (1977), y posteriormente apareció en American Hot Wax (1978) y en la historia de terror de Wes Craven, Un extraño en nuestra casa (1978).
