Dudley Stuart John Moore, CBE fue un actor, comediante, compositor y músico inglés. Moore saltó a la fama por primera vez como uno de los cuatro escritores e intérpretes en la innovadora revista de comedia Beyond the Fringe a principios de la década de 1960, y luego se hizo famoso como la mitad del popular doble acto televisivo que formó con Peter Cook. Su fama como actor de cine cómico se vio reforzada más tarde por el éxito en películas de Hollywood como 10 con Bo Derek y Arthur a finales de los setenta y principios de los ochenta, respectivamente. Recibió una nominación al Oscar por este último papel.
