Hillary Brooke fue una actriz estadounidense muy conocida por su trabajo en las películas Abbott y Costello y Sherlock Holmes. Hillary Brooke se casó con Raymond A. Klune, un ejecutivo de MGM en el año 1960, tuvieron un hijo Donald Klune y una hijastra, Carol Klune. Brooke estuvo casada además con Jack Voglin. El 25 de mayo de 1999, Brooke murió de causas no reveladas en un hospital en Fallbrook, California. Por su contribución a la industria de la televisión, Hillary Brooke tiene una estrella en el Hollywood Walk of Fame.
