Lillian Diana Gish (14 de octubre de 1893 - 27 de febrero de 1993) fue una actriz de teatro, cine y televisión estadounidense cuya carrera cinematográfica abarcó 75 años, de 1912 a 1987. Fue una destacada estrella de cine de las décadas de 1910 y 1920, particularmente asociada con las películas del director D.W.
