Philadelphia Security (1982)
La femme de John, enceinte pour la deuxième fois, est témoin de la violence d'un souteneur envers une prostituée, et intervient. Poursuivie par l'agresseur, elle a un accident qui lui cause une fausse couche. Peu après, la mère de John est attaquée. John crée alors une milice de quartier. A chaque fois qu'il accomplit une mission de "nettoyage", la riposte ne se fait pas attendre. Il ne cède pas à la pression et devient un héros. Mais la municipalité et la Mafia craignent de voir leur pouvoir entamé...
