Guns 1748 (1999)
C'est à la sinistre prison de Newgate que MacLeane, aristocrate décadent et endetté, fait la connaissance de Plunkett, voleur de grands chemins. Sitôt évadés, les deux hommes nouent une fructueuse alliance. Le bandit apportera son savoir-faire et l'aristocrate sa connaissance du beau monde. C'est ainsi qu'en 1748, MacLeane et Plunkett entrent dans la légende en formant le duo de voleurs le plus célèbre et le plus populaire d'Angleterre. Les hold-up se multiplient avec succès. Mais les choses se compliquent quand MacLeane s'éprend de la belle Rebecca.
