Max Boublil tient enfin son rêve : il est à l'Olympia et entame le tournage de son show TV ! Pourtant, à 5 minutes du premier clap, un coup de téléphone bouleverse la donne : sa femme lui annonce qu'elle vient de perdre les eaux ! Entre la naissance de son premier enfant et son émission en direct, Max ne choisit pas : il fonce à la maternité en embarquant son assistant et une équipe de tournage. Un show totalement improvisé nait alors sous nos yeux !
