Une autre adaptation du super-héros coloré de Mars Ravelo. Le capitaine Barbell a la forme humaine d'Enteng. Un jour, Enteng a reçu un haltère mystérieux donné par un ermite après avoir sauvé sa vie. Ne sachant pas que la barre peut donner à l'alter-ego d'Enteng le capitaine Barbell, un héros pour les pauvres et les maltraités. La fille du rêve d'Enteng, Cielo, est également un professeur de musique élémentaire amoureux du capitaine Barbell. Avec Lagablab, Freezy et Dagampat, les ennemis ennemis du capitaine Barbell. Le film raconte la bravoure, le respect et l'amour.
