Escroquerie aux sentiments (2023)
Ashley Morris apprend que son mari, Roger, la trompe lorsqu’elle le découvre en compagnie d’une autre femme le soir de sa fête d’anniversaire surprise. Un an plus tard, après son divorce, Ashley se consacre entièrement à sa carrière d’artiste. Elle décroche un contrat pour réaliser une toile dans le restaurant de Jacqueline, qui s’apprête à ouvrir, et rencontre de Grant, le technicien en charge de l’installation du réseau électrique. Sa meilleure amie Tess, lui vante les mérites d’une application de rencontres et Ashley fait ainsi la rencontre de Marco. Après de longues soirées à discuter, un rendez-vous est pris, mais un imprévu de dernière minute vient contrecarrer leurs plans et Marco a besoin de 8 000 dollars de toute urgence.
