Simetierre 2 (1992)
Après la mort accidentelle de sa mère, le jeune Jeff est recueilli par son père, vétérinaire à Ludlow, petite bourgade du Maine. Dans son nouveau lycée, Jeff se lie d’amitié avec Drew, adolescent complexé que son beau-père, le shérif Gus Gilbert, a pris pour souffre-douleur. Drew fait découvrir à son camarade un ancien cimetière indien où furent jadis célébrées de mystérieuses cérémonies païennes. A en croire la légende locale, des morts y auraient recouvré la vie et seraient revenus parmi les vivants pour exercer sur eux une atroce vengeance.
