Mokpo, Gangster's Paradise (2004)
Un flic peu doué pour l'action se porte volontaire pour infiltrer un gang de Mokpo afin d'impressionner la jolie procureure tout juste arrivée de Séoul. Les gangs de Mokpo sont connus pour tremper dans diverses affaires surtout l'importation de drogue. Il doit donc réunir toutes les preuves possibles pour les faire plonger.
