Les Amants du Nil (2002)
Pendant la Seconde Guerre mondiale, en 1943, Anne Frendo, une jeune fille rêveuse et artiste, vivant seule avec son père en Tunisie, découvre, au hasard d'une promenade sur la plage, le corps inanimé d'un soldat français, parachuté. A l'invitation de sa tante égyptologue Sophie Frendo, elle entreprend un voyage qui la mène à Sfax, en Egypte, emportant avec elle une lettre que le militaire avait commencé à écrire, et qui lui semble destinée.
