STANS (Eminem et ses plus grands fans) (2025)
Depuis sa sortie en 2000, «Stan», le morceau d’Eminem sur un fan obsessionnel et instable, s’est imposé comme un classique. À tel point que le mot stan a officiellement été ajouté à l’Oxford English Dictionary en 2017. Dans la chanson, le personnage principal écrit une série de lettres manuscrites poignantes à Eminem, répétant la phrase : I’m just like you. Ce refrain sert de fil rouge à ce documentaire atypique et entièrement autorisé, qui suit un casting soigneusement sélectionné de vrais fans, dont les liens profonds avec Eminem font écho aux thèmes présents dans ses paroles. Bien plus qu’une simple exploration d’une fanbase, le film interroge la relation complexe entre l’un des artistes les plus discrets au monde et la grande personnalité publique qu’il incarne.
