Seul Godard (2024)
Autour de la figure du cinéaste franco-suisse Jean-Luc Godard (1930-2022) et des essais vidéos qu'il a tournés entre 1974 et 2018, « Seul Godard » ébauche un cinéma en réinvention permanente. Tout au long de sa carrière, Jean-Luc Godard a inventé de nouvelles formes cinématographiques. Cette production hors norme, en butte avec les usages commerciaux standardisés, lui confère un statut paradoxal « d'homme-cinéma ». Prélevant des fragments parmi ses films-essais, l'artiste David Legrand, qui interprète la voix du cinéaste de façon décalée et inédite, sonde la dualité du personnage et donne forme à sa pensée intransigeante.
