साबर बोंडं (2025)
Anand vit à Mumbai et revient dans son village natal suite au décès de son père. Sa mère, complice discrète, essaye de le protéger face aux traditions familiales. Dans un brouillard émotionnel créé par ce deuil, il se rapproche progressivement de son ami d’enfance Balya, célibataire comme lui. Premier film en grande partie autobiographique du réalisateur Rohan Parashuram Kanawade, Sabar Bonda (Cactus Pears) est une observation discrète et sensible du deuil et de l'acte discrètement radical d'être queer dans un milieu rural de l’ouest de l’Inde.
